AutoKeeper – Car Log is designed to respect your privacy.
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
The App does not collect personal information such as:

- Contacts
- Photos (unless you explicitly choose to use them in a future version)
- Device identifiers for tracking
Vehicle Data
Any information you enter into the App, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle details
- Maintenance records
- Service history
- Expenses
- Mileage
- Reminders
- Notes
- Settings
is stored locally on your device.
This information is not transmitted to us and is not stored on our servers.
Notifications
If you choose to enable reminders, the App requests permission to send local notifications.
These notifications are generated entirely on your device to remind you about upcoming maintenance or service events.
No notification data is sent to any server.
Internet Connection
The App is designed to work completely offline.
An internet connection is not required for normal use.
Analytics
AutoKeeper – Car Log does not use analytics services.
We do not track:
- App usage
- Screen views
- Clicks
- User behaviour
- Advertising identifiers
Advertising
The App does not display advertisements.
No advertising SDKs are included.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share or disclose your information to third parties because we do not collect your personal data.
Backups and Export
If you use the Export or Backup features, the backup file is created locally on your device.
You are responsible for where you choose to store or share exported backup files.
Data Security
Your information remains on your device.
While we take reasonable care in designing the App, no storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are encouraged to protect their devices using passcodes, Face ID, Touch ID or similar security features.
Children’s Privacy
AutoKeeper – Car Log is not directed specifically at children under the age of 13.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Services
AutoKeeper – Car Log does not require third-party accounts or cloud services to function.
If future versions include optional links to external websites or services, those services will have their own privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected by changing the Effective Date at the top of this document.
